Does the term Jehova refer to the Father or to Jesus?

Jehovah is the only true god as stated by the Bible. Jehovah is god's name.

Psalms 83:18

in English - God,
in Hebrew - Yahweh,
in Arabic - Allah,
 in other languages may be called differently.
