Why don't Mormons drink coffee and tea? Are there some other drinks and food that is not allowed?

I have heard that it is allowed to drink wine you make yourself, but no other alcoholic drink. Why?

According to the Bible, wine is not allowed, it is not only for Mormons.

Judges 13:4
Now therefore beware, I pray thee, and drink not wine nor strong drink, and eat not any unclean thing.

Proverbs 20:1
Wine is a mocker and beer a brawler; whoever is led astray by them is not wise.

Is decaffeinated coffee allowed?

And what about non-alcoholic beer?

And what about non-alcoholic beer?

The whole idea is not to drink harmful drinks.
